Restorative Justice Foundation and Education Centre (RJFEC)
Is an organization that
concern with people who have been disadvantage because of their disability, race, colour or
any other reasons. Restore justice provide people with platform to speak up, assurance
people to be heard, involve people in the outcome, provide closure, reparation,
accountability and common ground to resolve the dispute with a mutual acceptance
agreement that each party can live with.

About
Dr. Hesham Alkhalayleh
Principal Restorative Justice, Mediation Consultant, is a Internationally Restorative Justice Accredited. Hesham utilises a facilitative approach to
family and relationship disputes between participants and is an expert in
mediation/conciliation theory and practice as well as a strong legal background.
Dr. Hesham holds a PhD in Restorative Justice from University of Western Sydney, Master’s
degree in Dispute Resolution from the University of Technology Sydney. He is a registered
professional member of the Resolution Institutions, International Institution of Arbitrators
and Mediators, and– Association of Dispute Resolvers. Hesham has had extensive
experience in the legal field both Australia and abroad, when living and working overseas.
Hesham is fluent in English and Arabic.
- Hesham is heavily involved in community initiatives and strongly supports and partners with trusted local business partners.

We at (RJFEC) Connect are dedicated to giving people with disabilities and their families thehighest calibre care and assistance. We are based in Merrylands, New South Wales, and
offer a variety of services to locals in Sydney and other parts of NSW.
We can connect with
you in your native tongue because to our commitment to cultural sensitivity and our
numerous bilingual team members. We take great pride in our compassionate home care
programme, which enables people to remain in their homes for longer.
Aim
Restorative Justice Aiming
Restorative Justice aiming to assist and support families in crisis, divorce, children’s
arrangements and other family disputes by applying methods of resolutions such as
restorative justice, mediation conciliation, and or/ alternative dispute resolution, training
and community consultation.
Dr. Hesham holds a PhD in Restorative Justice from University of Western Sydney, Master’s
